Frankfurt Christmas Market

With more than 90 stalls this is the largest authentic market outside of Germany and Austria! A truly continental atmosphere is conjured up by the lights, sounds and smells of this unique spectacle that is imported in its entirety and then installed in the picturesque setting of Birmingham's Victoria Square.
Visitors senses will be delighted as they are invited to enjoy mulled wines, marzipan, traditional German sausages, meats and pastries.
Beautifully decorated stalls will sell German handcrafted gifts (including jewellery, clothing, dolls and candles) and Christmas decorations, creating the feel of a small village within a bustling metropolis. The whole experience will be enhanced with live music every day and evening.
To make coach visits easier, Birmingham City Centre Partnership work in conjunction with Marketing Birmingham to offer a "Meet and Greet" facility for all pre-registered groups.
This service is provided entirely free of charge and is aimed at assisting group organisers on site with their visit and coach drivers by providing information regarding parking and the city centre in general, as well as food and drink (non-alcoholic) vouchers. All passengers receive a map of the City Centre and visitor information.
Also this year from the 22nd November to 23rd December, in the neighbouring Chamberlain Square, visitors will also have the chance to stroll around stalls offering an entirely different collection of handcrafted items in Birmingham’s Christmas Craft Market, which features items created locally, and imported from all over the world.
A truly international welcome (and a unique shopping opportunity) awaits all visitors to the Heart of Birmingham this Christmas!
