Ghosts in the Gardens

There are ghostly goings-on at Blenheim Palace this Halloween Half-Term 24th October - 1st November, when a ghost trail will take place in the Pleasure Gardens. Ghost hunters can explore the gardens where Halloween activities will take place including face-painting and pumpkin carving. Spooky family tours of the Palace's State Rooms will entertain (or petrify!) the whole family and you can meet ghosts of the Palace's intriguing past in 'Blenheim Palace: The Untold Story'.

There are some very spooky ghosts from Blenheim Palace's rich past, hidden in the ghost trail around the Pleasure Gardens. Find all 15 ghosts, fill in the ghost trail activity sheet and you will be entered into a prize draw to win a family ticket!

You can have a go at Pumpkin making in the Pleasure Gardens Café by purchasing your own pumpkin to gouge out and create a spooky design to take home with you. Heart FM's Heart Angels will be on hand providing free spooky face painting, or why not petrify your closest friends or family by decorating your own piece of scary pottery with 'Pottering about' from 11am to 4pm. Additional prices applies for pottery and pumpkin activities.

While you are in the Pleasure Gardens have a go at mini golf, visit the Butterfly House, or explore the Giant Maze, but don't get lost as you never know who you might come face to fact with!
