Mulhouse is famous for its fabric makers and, at Christmas, they celebrate with a wonderful fabric market which includes the unveiling of a new design each year. Holidaymakers can even create their own fabric design at the Fabric Museum.
The market also sells a variety of Christmas gifts, traditional food and wine and a selection of handmade crafts. The half-timbered houses, decorations and fabulous illuminations help create a very traditional feel
