The medieval market square, the city hall and the scenic Old Main Bridge provide a beautiful setting for
this traditional Christmas Market. The illuminated fortress Marienberg with walls and gates stand mightily
over the city of Wurzburg. On the market square and in the gothic Church of St. Mary, famous for its unique
statues by Tilman Riemenschneider, Christmas concerts are held daily.
